What changed
- Use a focused set of 20 tools to research a property, continue relevant questions and reopen saved reviews.
- Create a free private veteran review PDF from a saved property review you select. The draft shows recorded observations, reported answers and unresolved questions.
- Find public VA offices and forms without connecting private records. Personal VA sharing still requires your separate permission.
The review PDF is unsigned and not filed. It does not complete an official F-16, establish eligibility or confirm savings. You do not need to buy a service or connect VA records to request a standard review draft.
Open the private download while signed in to the same Untax account. The link expires after ten minutes; ask for a new draft if the file expires or the saved review changes.
Refresh an existing connection
This release replaces the previous 75-tool catalog. Specialist tool names, older aliases and background task actions are no longer available. Use the current property-research and saved-review tools.
Refresh the tool list in your assistant. If it still shows the old catalog, reconnect the existing Untax connection at https://untax.io/mcp. Keep your existing Untax account and review the permissions requested for each private workflow.
Two question prompts and one general evidence checklist remain available. County observations, reported answers and optional shared VA facts stay distinct. Missing facts remain unresolved.
Use Untax in chat
- Start at Untax and use an assistant that supports its remote connection and registered sign-in flow.
- Add https://untax.io/mcp.
- Ask: “Help me research my property assessment. Ask for the property and one relevant missing fact at a time.”
- For a saved review, ask: “Create a free veteran review PDF from the saved property review I select. Show unanswered questions. Use connected VA information only if I ask.”
The assistant must read the selected saved review before generating its PDF. Check the returned file status and expiry before downloading. A prepared draft does not authorize a signature, payment or government filing.
Test checkout remains a separately permitted test workflow. A test receipt does not establish a live charge, county submission or external delivery.
Property leads and county records
For property prospecting, lead packages or county-record purchases, use GISDB’s separate setup ↗ and https://gisdb.io/mcp ↗.
Accounts, permissions and orders stay separate. Share a public county or parcel reference between products only when you choose to do so.
