- Research retained county assessments and supported draft comparisons with source dates and missing evidence shown.
- Continue relevant property questions one at a time, keeping explicit answers and leaving skipped or unknown facts unresolved.
- Find public VA offices and forms. Optional personal VA sharing uses separate permission and browser consent.
- When test checkout is enabled, return from checkout to the same test order and check payment, draft generation and download availability separately.
Research, draft comparisons and test receipts do not establish personal tax savings, benefit eligibility or a county filing. Test checkout does not charge real money.
Connection update
Keep the Untax connection for assessment and taxpayer research. Property records purchases and lead searches use the separate GISDB connection ↗. Existing private test connections stay separate.
Quick start
- Start at Untax and review the available coverage.
- In an assistant that supports remote MCP connections, add https://untax.io/mcp. The host must support the connection and its registered sign-in flow.
- Ask about a supported property's assessment or a public VA office or form. Sign in only for a requested private workflow and review its permissions.
